This is a great place to learn and practice Aikido.Having been away from that Art for awhile the Instructors are all very patient and make sure you are brought "up to speed".
This dojo places a lot of focus on the tradtions of Aikdo but also stresses the practicality of the techniques in real life situations.
Everything is kept very clean and in order. It is situated on a main road, easy to find with good parking.
Highly recommended!

I brought my 2009 Cadillac STS here when I was involved in an accident. The work done on my car I have to saw was flawless. I've heard nightmare stories of people going to other body shops in the city and being over charged and the damages that were supposed to be fixed would show through such as paint bubbling or peeling etc. So far I've had no issues, the service was amazing, and the prices fair. I was relieved when I came here for an estimate to find out I wasn't going to be gouged like other body shops do. One happy customer! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

My car broke down last minute and they found me a great affordable car within minutes. We told them our budget and there wasn’t much wiggle room and they stuck to their word (and to the penny!) They made me feel like a priority not a dollar sign. They broke down the prices to me and explained it thoroughly. That made me feel comfortable making a decision with them. Barry made me a top denture that FITS EXACTLY RIGHT.
I had had a “immediate plate” made elsewhere, and was very disappointed and angry. $1795. WASTED !
It never performed well, the teeth had no free edge, so biting into something was impossible, AND , they looked so fake.
Barry had made my first partial, many years ago, it fit so well….years passed and I lost track of him. When I had extractions done last January, my dentist suggested someone else…I’m sorry I didn’t look him up…very sorry.

G & T Auto agreed to look at my car as soon as I could get there, because I was afraid it was overheating. I work nearby but live in the county (40 minute drive home with a possibly overheating car - yikes!). They checked for leaks, malfunctions, blockages and thermometers that might be failing - everything looked okay. To top it off, they said "no charge" - they were happy to help me out and take a look. I am very thankful and recommend this business. And I drove home with no problems.

A couple of weeks ago I had my first appointment with Rick for hypnosis. With a little doubt that it could help me I thought what do I have to lose. Rick made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout this process and needless to say my appointment was a complete success! When I made my first appt, I told Wendy we would need months of counselling to get over the hurt and resentment me and my spouse had at each other. She assured me that with her solution-focused method we would not. It has been 6 weeks and my spouse and I are communicating and trusting each other like we never have.
