I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. The next day it was delivered and she phoned me all excited about the walker and getting it that day. You made her very happy. Thank you so much. Sue

24 hour turnaround for my 1948 MG TC 3rd member. Extracted the remaining piece of my broken axle, cleaned it in his high pressure (hot water) oven and replaced the two bearings. These guys know what there doing and, for me, under promised and over delivered. Would use them again.

A relatively low paying job proved to have its challenges for both me and Bills team. Through it all, they bent over backwards looking after me, the customer. The Delta location is wonderful with lots of help from Nolan and Angus. They are friendly and know what customer service is all about. They also have a lot of knowledge and will take the time to go over things with you. I will not go anywhere else for supplies for my cats.
The location at the Dell Shopping Centre is also very good and Jim is very helpful.

I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. They are very qualified techs
