Someone attempted to remove my catalytic converter, but weren't successful. I phoned Calgary Muffler spoke to Al. I had the car towed over and he said he could fix it, and did. I asked if he had any deterrents in the event of a return theft. He did, and he found another Auto place to install it. The thief did come back and took it. I phoned Al again and asked if he could fit me in and fix it. The car went in and it was done same day. I totally recommend this business 100%. Great crew!

The Owner of this company gives AMAZING Honest service. I called AAA Towing, felt like I wasn’t a priority to them and they gave a $90 quote to change my flat tire and an hour wait. The next call I made was to Hook-N-Go. The Owner answered the phone, said he could be with me within 20 min and gave me a $70 quote. He was very courteous and obviously was all about giving the best customer service he could. I gave him a very nice tip, because small businesses like that need to flourish.

These guys hands-down are the best in Calgary I left my vehicle there for six weeks and they kept it indoors and fixed my bumper and their service is great very friendly knowledgable and will give you any deal they can, thry remember a face and they treat everybody with kindness. I have been going to this clinic for 7 years for myself and my 2 kids. The staff is amazing and Dr Sandhu is very gentle and kind. He knows his stuff and explains it well before doing anything. The prices are very reasonable and he does not rip me off with stuff I don't need. Highly recomend this clinic.

This is by far the best comprehensive auto repair shop i have underwent I initially started testing their service with an engine oil change of my 05 Impala and i was afforded critical information without charge plus a quality referral which saved me thousands in repair costs which other repair shops would recommend for a fee. I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!

I contacted Tony at airdrie canvas about an issue I was having with my wall tent. He made it very clear that it has thier product name on it, he would ensure it is right. Drove 3.5hrs down. Staff stopped what they were doing and gave undivided attention to getting my tent fixed and having me back on the road. BEST customer service I have received in years. Everyone was professional kind and extremely helpful. Recommend this this company to anyone who can owns or wants to own a wall tent!

Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs.
