Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I felt energized after each class and that’s what makes me want to keep going back. Love my #fitfam!!

I love going to this clinic.I would recommend people to go here. I had cervical spondylosis, back and hip issues. Doctors would usually just prescribe pain relievers. Only chiropractic procedures with doctor Carol makes me feel better and relieved. Dr. Carol explains everything well and Neth is very accommodating and helpful. I have referred a couple of relatives and friends as well. This has been a part of my life and better wellness.

This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. When I have been there for service, they're friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.. Thanks to manager Ron for today's service, and careful explanation about some additional care for my Bronco. These guys operate with honesty and integrity, and I'll be back every time I'm in need of service!

Booked an appointment with Chane during Covid times but the salon was very clean, well prepared and I felt totally safe. Chane did an amazing job on my cut and style and I highly recommend her to everyone. She is friendly, professional, and always gives me exactly what I ask her for. I've been going here for more than 3 years and i am happy to refer any of my friends here. After a couple of car accidents I tried clinics that were close to my office and other local clinics, even though friends recommended this clinic. It's not that any of the others were bad, I just wasn't improving much. I eventually saw Cathy and was really impressed with the different applications she used to rid the pain and improve mobility. Since then I've also seen Giselle and also very impressed. These people keep up on training and really care about their clients and it shows. and the best part is the abailability. Evenings and weekends make it so convenient to get proper treatment.

We had outstanding service from these gentleman. We discovered our water pump had retired late afternoon on Good Friday, Warren arrived and had our water up in running within a few hours, giving up his evening to help us out.
