Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

Dr. Hodder is very knowledgeable and I chose her after consulting with 3 different Doctors. Staff are super friendly and I had one of my best interaction in healthcare at this clinic. If I could, I would super rate them for everything.

I've been going here for more than 3 years and i am happy to refer any of my friends here. After a couple of car accidents I tried clinics that were close to my office and other local clinics, even though friends recommended this clinic. It's not that any of the others were bad, I just wasn't improving much. I eventually saw Cathy and was really impressed with the different applications she used to rid the pain and improve mobility. Since then I've also seen Giselle and also very impressed. These people keep up on training and really care about their clients and it shows. and the best part is the abailability. Evenings and weekends make it so convenient to get proper treatment.
