Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. I had two tires changed by Tire Terminal at the end of February. $ months later, I noticed a slight vibration in my steering wheel. I called Tire Terminal, and at no charge, they checked all four tires for alignment. They identified the problem and suggested some remedies. This is the kind of service that builds my loyalty.

Quite happy with the service and the value. Their service was 'over and above' in that they made a special trip to my location even though the regular service van was busy - at no extra charge, were very friendly and professional and even offered to take my car back to their shop to properly align the new tires then bring it back to my location. I took him up on that so I wouldn't have to waste a day taking the car in to the shop for alignment myself. would recommend them.
