We moved Mom into Villa from the hospital 2 years ago, after being told that she was no longer safe in her own home. She had a lovely one bedroom suite. We cannot say enough good things about the staff at this facility or the care provided by same. The staff always treated Mom with courtesy and kindness, which at times must have been challenging, since I know for a fact that Mom was not always easy to deal with.The food was exceptional and the facility was always clean and well kept.

They are the most caring guys you will ever have in your house to clean. I found it interesting just how long they vacuumed my rugs prior to steam cleaning...The carpets came out looking better this time than the past few times that other carpet cleaners came out.

On Dec 4, 2014 my daughter Brittany and I were there to make Urn with a twist, had a great time and we love our Christmas Urns. Thanks for the experience and everyone was friendly and instructor was great. Merry Christmas.

Jon the owner is so smart that he can figure out how to do anything. No matter what needs to get done you just know if you leave it to Jon then everything is going to be ok! I 100% recommend only rose city.

I 've been dealing with Flowers Niagara long before I moved to Welland after finding them on yellow pages.ca. They are very friendly and professional to deal with. The are very particular about pleasing you and delivering the type of arrangement you want and delivered when someone is there to receive it. I will deal nowhere else. Thx
