Carl just finished turning my basement into an Accessory Dwelling Unit, upgrading it into a legal rental basement apartment. He went to City Hall multiple times to ensure all work was done to the standard of the municipality and completed the job on time, very close to the budget he quoted me (it is an 1960s home so of course there were more issues when we tore down the drywall). Carl was kind, professional, punctual and I would recommend his work to anyone in the region.

John and his team installed 16 new windows in a old Century home in Gananoque. Right from the onset his team was very professional, clean, and meticulous. John checked in on the job every day and was there to answer any questions we had along the way. Our refrigerator quit and Janet directed us to a new unit that we really liked. That was nine in the morning. By 1:30 Brad had it delivered and sitting in place in the kitchen. Thanks Janet and Brad. It was a great experience and we really appreciate you two!

Great service, I needed a 3’ board to replace a damage step, they had the guys in the yard cut the piece I needed and was only charged for the three foot piece. I also like the fact that they seem to try to sorce Canadian made products, with prices on many items that beat the big box stores. Delivery fees are low or not at all if you spent a bit. Friendly, helpful service!!!!

The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Both of my kids got an insight into how an individual can make what might have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Kudos!
