Well first I would like to thank Jake and Mike for an amazing experience with my car issues. I called and spoke with Jake and he was made me feel confident that I called the right place and proved me RIGHT! Jake kept me in the loop of the issues with my car and kept it simple. Huge shout out to Action Car and Truck Accessories Moncton; I placed an order for PPE around 10 am and it was ready and sitting outside on the bench for me by 11 am. They clearly understood my uneasiness about entering the store with my daughter and were more than accommodating. I was very pleased we the friendly and helpful reception upon arrival at this business. My problem was taken care off very quickly and I felt as though the staff was glad to be able to assist me. All I needed was to have my wheels re- torqued and they did it quickly and at no charge. I told them I didn’t live in the area and likely wouldn’t need their service again, but they still treated me like I was their best customer. These people know what good customer service is all about.
