She listened to everything I had to say and went over and beyond for me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. She did not pressure me in any way, and was such a pleasure to work with. Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. Thank you to the people at Wayne Pitman! You're the best!!
