Fast; friendly; affordable. We had an issue with our old chimney that was a likely safety risk (possible C02 exposure). Ace came the same day we called to give an estimate. Ken gave us a very competitive price quote on the spot and said he could fit us into his busy schedule within the next week, which was great. He texted me shortly after and said he re-scheduled one of his other jobs so that he could prioritize our job. He installed the chimney the very next business day! Thank you!

After upgrading my electrical panel AND having a leaky bathroom, I was left with several messy holes in my walls and ceiling. Josh and his son came by today and made short work of that. I cannot praise them enough for the great work they did. My walls and ceiling look terrific! They were in and out in record time and cleaned as they worked, very professional! Second renovation with Jamie Gillis (Gillis Residential Renovators) and we are thrilled. We had a beautiful new deck built that everyone (including us) has raved about. Shane designed our new composite pool deck - his designs and suggestions were well thought out and the end result was truly more than we could have asked for. He suggested a raised dining area with lighting vs. one level - it was still under budget and the difference really was outstanding. We are glad to have taken his advice he really does have an eye for detail.
