I have had an amazing experience with Nexgen Hearing. After trying hearing aids ten years ago, and not liking them, I was pleasantly surprised by the improved technology. I have been working with Chris, and have found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and a caring partner in finding the best hearing solution for me. With improved hearing, I feel younger!! Resonance Hearing Clinic - this clinic delivered everything thing that they promised to do (one competitive all-in up front cost, improved hearing, 3 years of outstanding clinical support so far (e.g., checkups, device support, etc.) - with no apparent end) AND at the end of my first 3 years (usual device warrantee period I believe) I received a huge unexpected delightful hardware orientated bonus that is likely not matched by other clinics - particularly the corporate ones.
