A thorough examination with an excellent explanation of results. There was no pressure to purchase aids as my hearing loss is on the lower side. We agreed with a follow up in 2 years (or less if needed).

I roll up 3pm on a Sunday as Jim Lucier is locking up. He genuinely offers and stays for 45 minutes of the best customer service, product knowledge and equipment I’ve seen in years. I’ll be back for all my future gear. Fantastic and 6 STARS if I could!
