I have given standard auto glass a five star rating because the service from drop off to pick up was outstanding. The service rep (Cole) walked me through the steps, ordered the back window before l dropped the car off to the price. When ask if they could fasten a loss piece of trim, was told no problem. We can take care of that for you. Asked if l need a ride home or picked up. As a women in my golden years l appreciated the kindness. They stand by their work and are very personable.

Bryan and his staff did a fantastic job on our wheels for our 2015 Mazda CX9. Unfortunately, I had made an error in the shade or color for the wheels. Bryan could not have tried harder to resolve the issue. We came to an agreement and he did the wheels over for us and it totally changed the appearance of the car !! John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!
