Finally found someone who cares about his customers! After many years of trying to find someone to repair some small blisters in our hot tub, we were given Chris’s number. He was efficient, knowledgeable & pleasant. He arrived on time (driving out of town), explained how he would fix our problem & completed the job to our satisfaction. That’s hard to find today! I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now. I would highly recommend Reg and R&A - Great service at a great price, friendly too!
