Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! Blair installed several light fixtures in my home, and updated all of the outlets and switches. He discovered a couple of wiring issues from previous work or from when the house was built, so it was nice to get those resolved too. He is very knowledgeable, and did quality work. When running the wiring for new fixtures, he always found a way to minimize any cuts that had to be made in the walls or ceiling, and he patched up the holes perfectly.
