Hoover upright rewind pulled out too far-no longer retract. Repair person heard the problem asked to take a quick look immediately; in front of me, asking questions all the while assessing the problem(s) which he has no doubt encounter a time or two. Then asking permission to plug it in. His expert, experienced hands allowed the jammed rewinder to once again rewind the whole cord. Quick-Easy (for him) No Charge !! Where does anyone go these days for FAST-EFFICIENT-IMMEDIATE SERVICE AT no COST?
