Cujo and Matt were great! at -20 and the furnace does't work you appreciate a fast response and an honest assessment! Fixed it fast and will be looking for a new furnace shortly to replace the 15 yr old they got up and running.

Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.
