The fan on our furnace died so our air conditioning stopped. We phoned A1 Air Conditioning and Heating. They came out the next day and had it fixed in a few hours. Excellent service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

As we customers know, paying the price of an Air Conditioner repair is always daunting and a challenge, especially when you have no idea what the cost is going to be before the HVAC Company arrives to your home, diagnoses the problem and outlines the cost and repair in a formal repair quote. This said, and take it from me, your experience with Preferred Air right from your initial call with Shannon (whom is most gracious and accommodating) will be an enjoyable one. Even during the onset of our first heat-wave they made to us many available times. Our technician Bob, who arrived exactly when he said he would- was a pleasure to deal with, he made certain to clearly outline our options; he was polite and nonintrusive and did a fabulous job with the repair and installation. Not only will you find Bob very thorough but what’s more, he is a very a nice person indeed! I would highly recommend Preferred Air – it is no wonder their name is Preferred Air - they are preferred and should be yours too - you will make the right and best choice going with Preferred Air.

I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!!

Placed a service call for furnace repair where pilot light would not stay on. Within 2 hours they showed up and did the repair! Minor repair was only needed. Repair man was professional and very honest! Highly recommended!!!

WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. The air conditioner at my business died on the hottest day of the year - what could be worse than that ??? When Mike came over to take a look he mentioned it might be the compressor and because I was so desparate to have it working, I approved the $ 1200 or so that it would cost to replace it with a new one.
In the end, some sort of a power boost was all that was required to kick start the unit and the compressor !!!!
Dave and Mike saved me a thousand bucks !!! This is the type of honesty that we need more of in business. Thank you for being above-board in your dealings with customers- continued success in your business.

A.C PROBLEM SOLVED BY CURATIVE
My A.C broke down in the middle of heat wave. I called Curative for the first time from Internet. They gave me an urgent appointment and were on schedule.
