I cannot express strongly enough how terrific Cariboo Steel & Machine Ltd is. I am from the Okanagan and I required a broken weld repair on my trailer in a hurry. Not only did they analyze my situation, they repaired my trailer and I was able to safely continue to my fishing destination shortly thereafter. I rate Cariboo Steel and Machine Ltd a 6 star (out of 5!!).

Clarke's is a handy little general store. Good selection of items you might need in a pinch at reasonable prices for the most part. I wouldn't do my full shopping there but if you're out of milk or sugar or bacon they'll hook you up. It also doubles as the liquor store and video store so you can get pretty much anything you need.

Marc and Julie are the five star example of how grass roots understanding and a big 4 work ethic makes a business work. Their ability to give big city service to people with a travelers wallet is uncompareable. If there was a ten star rating it wouldn't be enough, Great to see to family run business taking care of other families
