The service is relaxed and comfortable. The staff makes you feel at home. I Love the open, large spacious room with the central round gas fireplace. Being located on the ocean is a great feature.

I needed Rob Fuccenecco to help me finance the purchase of a home for my cousin. It would be her first home to be purchased in Canada (Richmond)! Rob was extremely knowledgable and patient in explaining what needed to be done to qualify for a mortgage and he walked us through the entire process! Rob worked efficiently and tirelessly for us. He is a miracle worker and got us a fantastic rate too!

I have been eating at the RoseBowl Restaurant since I was a little girl. The food is always good and the service is great. The RoseBowl has this amazing ability to keep their servers and cooks a long time. The food always tastes the same and you always have a pleasant interaction with your server. The restaurant has been in the business and owned by the same family for more than 40 years that says something to me. In the last couple of years they have added a lunch smorgasbord and salad bar. Reasonable prices for a great quick lunch. some of my fav dishes are Chinese Style Chow Mein, Chicken wings, Garlic and Bean Sauce Boneless pork, Ginger Beef, Almond Chicken.
