He is a caring, competent vet and I trust him with my dog. He has an amazing bed side manner with my dog and with me. His fees are more than fair and his service outstanding! I came here with my friends first time in this restaurant. We ordered a few standard dishes -sweet and sour pork, Cantonese chow main and green beans with minced pork. The dishes are good we all love the food and the service is good to. The first time experience is good for all of us, we all like to visit here again..

I highly recommend Kipps Lane Fish n Chips! I was hard pressed to find a classic fish n chip joint such as I had adored as a teen in Toronto in the mid 1970s. A true, halibut fish, hand filleted with the classic, puffed up batter and golden fries is a rare treat to still find these days especially from a family owned and operated restaurant who are so friendly and who take pride in what they serve you. Its very clean and your order is up and ready within 15 mins with a smile. Its just so YUM!

Love this place. Great atmosphere, superb food and excellent service. From a quick lunch pick up to a fabulous "last Friday of the month" dinner, I have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend this spot.

If you want quality viet food and friendly service, this is the place. The udon noodle soup is perfect with ample chicken and a hint of onion and spice. the lemongrass chicken is a perfect portion and both dishes were served fast, hot and with a smile -- visit and you will love it!

Great variety of product! I went in for essential oils and found lots of other items I'd been looking for too. I did have trouble getting attention from the staff, but I am an introvert and tend to wait rather than aggressively ask. ;)
