Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. More expensive than an all you can eat place, but so worth it, the food is of much higher quality than any buffet, and the customer service is amazing. The chefs and hostesses are so polite and friendly but not so that it interrupts your stay.

We enjoyed the patio during the Mill Race Folk Festival. Lovely cold beer and sangria. Our server apologized for being slow, but we honestly didn't notice that. The festival made the place busier than usual but we felt very well attended to.
The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. One of the few places in downtown Galt that serves up delicious food at affordable prices.
