Alternative touch is a great place to go for a massage. I’ve been getting work done by crystal and she’s very good at what she does. She improved my shoulder issue in only 1 session. Where physio could not in 8 sessions. She’s magical. Keep up the good work.

Christiane is fabulous! I have been to a number of her illuminating workshops and I have known her personally for some time. I am grateful for her vast knowledge about holistic nutrition and her determination to always be learning. I'd recommend Kris to absolutely anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced trainer who can really help you to work with your dog's behavioral challenges or help you to start off right. She has helped with my crazy kids and I wouldn't trust them to anyone else.
