Had my friend take her car there today for an oil change. They got her in pretty much right away. Bill and John are both amazing Men and very awesome, great to their customers and they give their all to make sure their customers are happy. I came across Dean The Kia Dude quite by chance. I had my previous car less than a year and the head gasket went in it. My mom was tired of me driving her car, so I stopped in one day after work. I went here on a referral from a friend, and my experience was 5 star. There was a hole in my exhaust, and being honest with me he didn't try to rip me by replacing entire sections and pipes. He welded an a section to cover the hole while I waited, and charged me very little . I have since then referred him to friends who were also happy with repairs here .

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.
