I was quoted a price and a timeline for the body work required, and they completed the work earlier and the quote was precisley what I did pay. There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. After reading other great reviews about this body shop, i decided to bring my car to John in order to repair the rust and corrosion on the driver's side of my Elantra GT and also my sunroof. Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work.
