No words could possibly explain the costomer service that I get everytime I call or picking up a prescription. I always hear hi Tim and bye Tim. I phoned in 2 prescriptions today and was told they are already for pick up Tim, have a nice bye

We have been using Benton Medical Pharmacy since they opened. As my husband and I are aging, we have come to appreciate the first class service and attention to detail even more than usual. For example, when receiving our prescription, nothing is left to chance…stickers cover the bottles outlying all vital information pertaining to the medications. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something.
