I have been taking my vehicles to Joe for quite a few years and have never been disappointed. I trust his judgement and have gotten to the point where I tell him the issue and he simply calls me when the vehicle is ready, I don't need to ask for a quote ahead of time because I know the work he performs is necessary and it will be done for a fair price. I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good
