I trust his judgement and have gotten to the point where I tell him the issue and he simply calls me when the vehicle is ready, I don't need to ask for a quote ahead of time because I know the work he performs is necessary and it will be done for a fair price. I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .
