When I take my vehicle to Fairley and Stevens I know my vehicle will be fixed right and the service personnel from the greeter to the advisor and service manager they cant do enough for you. Even if I go into the sales area they are all eager to help and offer you any assistance you need. Shane designed our new composite pool deck - his designs and suggestions were well thought out and the end result was truly more than we could have asked for. He suggested a raised dining area with lighting vs. one level - it was still under budget and the difference really was outstanding. We are glad to have taken his advice he really does have an eye for detail.

Wonderful job on my car, looks like brand new. Lots of stains on the cream fabric seats that they got out, the products they use aren’t overly scented we were very happy to get the car back without too much perfume smell. Couldnt be happier, with the fast and friendly service.

If you need Transmittion work, these are the guys to see. They really are experts, AND dead-honest ! I've used them twice now..and have been completely satisfied with their work. Very reasonable, to boot. If you're worried about Transmittion guys ripping you off...come here !

I highly recommend John Duprey and his team for top-notch construction methods and concern for the environment. John and his team recently completed some complicated renovations in the basement rec room, originally fashioned more than 50 years ago (house is >100 years old). They also built a replacement lattice panel fence, with special top trim and an angled gate, along an L-shaped section of asphalt driveway. Areas where they were working were well-protected from plaster dust, debris and dirt.

I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!

we just had Vac-A-vent do a deep clean on our LG heat pump. They did a great job cleaning both the indoor and outdoor units. They cleaned up any mess and even helped move the heavy furniture back in place. I will definitely use them next time and will use them when my furnace pipes are in need of cleaning. Great job guys.

I was in the Post Office yesterday and today and the same young gentleman served me. I have to say he is one of the most helpful clerks I have come across. He is pleasant, helpful and kind. I have vision difficulties and he was most helpful in serving me. Kudos to whomever hired this great young man!!!
