I was extremely impressed with the inspector, the inspection, and the report. Much thanks
for the patience on all the questions I had!! Very thorough -- and an extremely helpful
feature of the report is model and serial numbers for the furnace, water heater, etc. I would
definitely give a recommendation without hesitation. Thanks also for your commitment to

Great inspector, a little blunt and to the point but definitely whats needed when spending over 400k on a home. Inspected my semi-detached thoroughly and even referred me to tradespersons who could fix some issues.

I required a thorough home inspection report before my 2 year Tarion warranty expired. Don came highly recommended as being thorough and compiling a very detailed home inspection report.
