Ming and Elaine are fantastic to deal with. They were referred by a neighbour in the building. They did a marvellous job renovating my whole place just before Christmas. They did it super fast and under budget. Very hands-on, so a lot of questions - they used their own designers and suppliers. They also warranted all their work - everything was fantastic. Some of my other neighbours were impressed and are now using them as well. I would highly recommend them for first-time renovators.

Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

We were relieved to be in Al's good hands to reno our bathroom. Very hard working and did a terrific job on wall and floor tiles. He also installed our vanity. We have used Al for other repairs around the house. A man of many talents.

When our roof needed re-shingling we did some internet research on quality of shingles and brands that were manufactured in Canada and got estimates from 3 local roofing companies. The office gave us heads-up telephone calls advising us when workmen would arrive at our home, and shingling was done in stages so that the roof could be “buttoned-up" before any thunderstorms. The clean-up after their work was meticulous and the quality of the roofing was excellent.

My wife & I just completed a whole home renovation. I cannot say enough positive things about Evan and his team. They were simply FABULOUS. The quality of their work is top notch, they are meticulous in their attention to detail, they went above and beyond the call of duty, were just a pleasure to work with and COMPLETELY eliminated any worry we might have had going into a project like this. Jaimco did a great job of installation of a new porch door for my home.. They were prompt, efficient, reasonably priced,good workmanship and quality. I would highly recommend them. They came when they said they would, and did an even better job than I expected.

We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.

Ide like to say i was very impressed with Andrew, Austin, Shawn, Tyson and the rest of the team. We hired Ward Group to underpin our basement. We went from having a 5ft 10" basement height, to a 9ft finished ceiling height. What a difference this has made, we now can use our basement as a livable space and couldn't be happier. We would recommend Ward Group to others, as well as i know they are recommended by other contractors (thats how we found out about them). Thanks guys!
