We recently came to RBC for advice about our investments. Having had a less than satisfactory experience with our previous advisor, we were quite apprehensive. I recently bought a new vehicle and Real Insurance did not transfer over the insurance I was already paying into instead they charged me for new insurance. Great! Pat is very knowledgeable and not only did he clean our chimney and give us a Wett certification for our insurance, he pointed out a couple of issues with our fireplace chimney that had been missed during installation (and cleaning by a different company). He added the missing caulking and also replaced the gasket on our wood stove door and now our stove is better than ever! It heats up so much better and uses less wood. Thanks Pat!
