I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

Cole inspected a house today with lead paint & asbestos. He checked the walls, flooring, attic & small addition. All my fears, stress and worries left after he gave us his expert opinion. He is a great guy and I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. I/we are forever grateful to him for meeting with us. Dr. Janic is a highly skilled, friendly dentist with a good sense of humour. He did two fillings for me today and it was the best experience with the procedure I've ever had. He's gentle and considerate with the process and works quickly, yet diligently. When it was done I was taken aback at how quick and pain free it was! Dr. Janic is one of Kamloops best. Definitely recommend him!

Called in a pinch with HuGe stuff going on.....the company called as promised and came as promised. Hayden was an amazing competent Roto-rooter. He knew right away what to do to access the paper towel clog..,20 feet down the line . I deeply appreciated his kind manner, straight to the task and very very professional. If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would! The customer service, professionalism, and quality of the mechanics are amazing. I got a full service as well as an engine light checked and everything was done in a timely order, and professional manner. My vehicle was kept in excellent condition during and after the servicing. Shane called to tell me what had been done and that my vehicle was ready to go, he was informative and very kind! I can not recommend this place more and I couldn’t be happier.

Was looking for a used car...after too much lip service at other shops I came to Mazda. What a change! Jerry was amazing! I was actually listened to, then assisted properly with him going above and beyond!
All the staff have always been very pleasant any time I've been at the facility, and even when I had a little issue with my vehicle (used vehicle quirk) the staff took care of me, making sure my purchase was right!
