I have been dealing with SWB for several years. They are very friendly and competent people. They take the time to explain my policies and coverages available. There is never any pressure,just complete and honest advice. When I started with them it was just car insurance. Now they handle insurance needs for me, my family and my business. They are local, I have got to know them and them me and it makes me feel good to do business with local people, not a call centre in goodness knows where.

I contacted 3 Insurance companies to get a quote on my new boat.Northstar was the best price for same if not more coverage!and quick to produce the quote.I dealt with Madison she was great, quick to reply to any email questions and on the phone very professional & very helpful!!
