Ready John made an emergency trip, well outside their usual territory, under circumstances they'd rather not have worked in, to rescue an elderly man with a septic system crisis. I did not meet Dwayne in person but he took time to discuss the situation on the phone and gave the impression that he really cares about his customers. Vince, who did the pumping, is efficient, friendly and pleasant. The price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and their company. Very happy customer.

I have found that when other places can't help you that Ritchie's will. And they give you time and lots of information. They don't just shrug their shoulders if they don't k ow if they have something. They'll do the work of looking up what's available. Saved me lotsa money and atimefoinf there first. Also, they are locally owned and treat the employees very well. Many staff have been there for over a decade. Support this local business.

I had to have a package delivered from one end of the city to another. But I also had to pay with debit. Most parcel delivery companies do not take debit. The dispatcher at this place was super polite and helpful. He found one of his taxi drivers to do the delivery.
I have never talked to a taxi dispatcher as polite and friendly as this guy.

This is a store I frequently visit, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and are always ready & eager to show you the newest fashions and the best deals. I have shopped with the Reitmans corporation for over 20 years and recommend this store
and you cannot beat the return policy. Sam and her team are simply the best. Bravo girls!
