I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.
