Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was delighted to have my vehicle checked over so thoroughly as the service repairs were completed with great regard to detail. I was advised to the time required and they kept their word. Nice job!

Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. The outcome my son received was one that Randy explained from the start and we were more than happy with it. We purchased a used truck from Supreme Auto back in Dec. Had a couple minor issues with the truck after we purchased it. Ali was stand up and gave his word on taking care of these issues and he did!! Dr Esak is the best doctor I had ever been too, more was the pity that I did not live here but I was visiting and in absolute hell but when I seen him he fixed me right up and I was able to go a long time before I needed to see anyone again.

I really wanted to end the year with a good massage and, luckily, there was a spot available-last minute(on New Year's Eve). Anyway, I got in for my relaxation massage this afternoon. As always, everyone was professional and very welcoming! The place was clean and inviting. This was my second session with Melissa and again she demonstrated such expertise at what she does! She made sure I was comfortable and did such an amazing job in the time allotted. Thank you!!

My vehicle needed some TLC after 140,000 km of being a work truck. These fine folks made short work of a major problem for me. The service here is fantastic from the Service manager to the advisor to the mechanics. Great job all! It was much appreciated.

They did a wonderful job and were super honest. I came to here because I wish all businesses were much like them. They gave me a quote of 60-150 on a phone that I ran over and ended up charging me $60 even though they could have charged me $150 as I agreed to the price range. Love their honesty.
