I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. The outcome my son received was one that Randy explained from the start and we were more than happy with it. I really wanted to end the year with a good massage and, luckily, there was a spot available-last minute(on New Year's Eve). Anyway, I got in for my relaxation massage this afternoon. As always, everyone was professional and very welcoming! The place was clean and inviting. This was my second session with Melissa and again she demonstrated such expertise at what she does! She made sure I was comfortable and did such an amazing job in the time allotted. Thank you!!

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

I know this place almost 25 years and never had any problem with them. This is family business. I can tell that Ron, Rob and Ryan are the best mechanics in the city. They are nice, experienced and very honest people. I trust them on 100% because they always do their job perfectly well, on time and for the very reasonable price. Also, when I decided to replace my vehicle they gave me very good advice what vehicle to purchase and what to avoid. I recommend everyone to do the business with B and R.
