Amazing cars at great prices. Visited their shop about 2 days ago to look at a car I was interested in. Everyone else was either charging waaaay to much or had hidden damages they repaired themselves. These guys showed me eveything from carfax to even where they buy the car from and even what it looked like when they bought it. The team at this dealership had the car at the sweet spot that I couldn’t even haggle with them. Hands down the best dealership I’ve dealt with in a very long time.

I had a great experince at R&S Auto. I brought my Acura TLX here and the service was fantastic. I had an issue with my suspension and they sent me a clear inspection showing me pictures and videos which was very cool. They took the time to help me understand what i was paying for which is not very common. I trust this team with my vehicles and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! I was very pleased with everything .I always bring my car there for the littlest things now and so does my family!! Staff are very friendly and very good with timing.

The service has been consistently reliable and the cost of repairs very reasonable. I've been taking my north american cars there for the past 15 years and I appreciate that they also inspect for worn hoses and parts and will repair or replace at a reasonable price.

Great experience. They worked hard to get me the truck I wanted AND at half the interest rate I had on the car I traded in. They also filled the tank and refilled it when we had to go back to them a few days later when a faulty gas cap caused the engine light to come on and at no charge they are getting it replaced. Even let us have it mailed to us instead of us having to make another trip to get it. So far they have done everything I have asked if them.

In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

I listen to CFRB daily. I like John Moore’s show in the morning and The Rush in the afternoon. Although I was disapointed Jay Michaels left, Rashmi Nair has been a refreshing temporary co-host. She’s smart, engaged and keeps things interesting. During one of his rants yesterday, Jim Richards used the expletive “Jesus Christ!.” If CFRB gives this a pass, count me out. A response would be appreciated.
