I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. I really wanted to end the year with a good massage and, luckily, there was a spot available-last minute(on New Year's Eve). Anyway, I got in for my relaxation massage this afternoon. As always, everyone was professional and very welcoming! The place was clean and inviting. This was my second session with Melissa and again she demonstrated such expertise at what she does! She made sure I was comfortable and did such an amazing job in the time allotted. Thank you!!

These girls had my SUV done in 3 Hrs when it should have taken 5! They didn’t even cut corners either. My Vehicle looked brand new when they were finished and I had really bad carpets that were caked in frozen food from kids and the cup holder was ooey and gooey as well as frozen and they got rid of everything. Don’t know how they did it but they exceeded my expectations.

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!
