On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.

The theraphists here at this clinic are very good at what they do. They treat their patients as human being and not just as a paycheck from OHIP or any other Health Insurance coverage pymt. They listen very carefully to their cleints to fully understand their every individual need and concern. I have personally recommended Sean Lenhardt to many of my friends and acquaintences and they were all pleased with the treatments that he gave them.

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. Thurston's diner is an unpretentious gem. A comfortable familial place where you want to go again. Warm, homemade food, diner standards done right. Great French fries and home fries. There's always a fresh pot of coffee, its really an extension of your family living room and that's exactly what it should be.

Although I didnt end up needing a service call, they were very helpful and accommodating to answer my questions by phone. They diagnosed my issue over the phone and recommended I try a few things first, in which one of those suggestions worked. I called them back to thank them, and I would recommend their operation from a customer service standpoint.
