I was referred to them by neighbors, and emailed to inquire about my first repair. The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. I took my computer in this morning and within several hours they had it up and running again! I live in the area and did not know they were there.
