Attending a business conference at the Rimrock, this was my first visit to the hotel but not my first stay in Banff. The location is superb - very close to the gondola and hot springs, and the most amazing views of the area. Loved the hotel itself, it is elegant and luxurious. The rooms are heavenly, they are even stocked (or were at the time) with Aveda bath and hair products. I await my next trip to Rimrock!

Completely updated hotel off the main path, but easy access to Glenmore Trail. The staff are some of the most personable I've encountered in hundreds of nights in hotels.

My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Strong recommend.

After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. We were surprised to learn that it was her first week based on the service we received - so check out Kimia at The Brick Deerfoot Meadows.

These guys are always excellent. They have never pressured or advised us into unneeded repairs, and have always resolved issues thoroughly. Definitely would recommend to someone else.

Hadassa was beyond exceptional. Amazing experience at such a pleasant location. Highly highly recommend going in to See her. She was so patient with my extreme demands lol, and found me what I needed at a price no one else could beat. Beyond satisfied!

I love the atmosphere and home furnishings that Bondars carries. I just returned 2 beautiful lamps that didn't suit my living room. The return was easy and the staff was very pleasant. They also have an amazing fabric department and are very helpful. They were very helpful ordering items for me in the past and have a great selection of large items to small hostess or birthday presents. I love this place.

Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. I had purchased a sound system from these people over 2 years ago , and it had suddenly stopped working . I called the car audio section of the store and they told me to come stop by so that they could take a look at it . Stef , one of the car audio techs was super accommodating , fixed my issue instantly , not only did he fix the first problem he installed my second sub I bought for my car in the same day . He went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend these people for any car audio!!
