I brought a hard drive into London Drugs computer department for troubleshooting. Justin provided outstanding service. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs!

I was in the other day to buy some Dr Beckmann colour and dirt collectors. It is a product that protects your laundry from dyes leaching onto other clothes. They are the only place that carry a product like this. While I was there I was impressed to see they carry honey from a local producer and spaghetti sauce from a local restaurant

I was not receiving emails and was unable to contact google to help me with this, and a nerdsonsite rep answered the phone right away and was able to guide me through solving this big problem for me. Within minutes, my email problem was solved and I was able to continue on with my business. I am so grateful for the kind and prompt help I received. I would recommend this service to anyone. Went in to buy a new bed frame and mattress TT the sales person was amazing. So much information about the mattresses and the power bases. Asked all the right questions about our sleep habits to help us pick out what we wanted. Didn't rush us through just to get a sale.
