I ordered an upright freezer via. their website and the process was very smooth. I quickly received an email with a delivery date and estimated time. The cost for delivery was more than reasonable and they removed my old freezer for a minimal cost.
The delivery drivers arrived on time, were friendly, personable, and did not complain, despite having to navigate some horrible stairs to bring the appliance into my unit.
I will definitely turn to Grooves for my future purchases!

We had an excellent experience with the Appliance Doctors. Our 2 year old Frigidaire dryer would not shut off and would not heat. Called on Tuesday and by Thursday a gentleman came and within minutes dryer was fixed, price was extremely reasonable and I was told that if it stopped working they would need to replace a part but there would be no further service call charge. We would just have to pay for part and labour. Fabulous, friendly service! Highly recommended! Dryer working perfectly

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Glen Campbell Of Action Appliance for the past twenty years. Glen is one of the most sincere individuals I have ever met in my life, and it takes very little time to learn that he genuinely cares about his clients and puts in the extra effort to ensure his client is happy. He goes out of his way to ensure his appointment leaves as little disruption to your life as possible. I have always found his work to be completed in a timely manner, but more importantly only the work required is completed.
