yesterday i bought a washer and dryer. Taylor at the brick was quickly available to help with the purchase. He found us the lowest price on the model that we want, he was able to get us extra savings and was done and i was out of the store in 15 minutes. This is just the way I like to do business. I ordered an upright freezer via. their website and the process was very smooth. I quickly received an email with a delivery date and estimated time. The cost for delivery was more than reasonable and they removed my old freezer for a minimal cost.
The delivery drivers arrived on time, were friendly, personable, and did not complain, despite having to navigate some horrible stairs to bring the appliance into my unit.
I will definitely turn to Grooves for my future purchases!
