New house by Avi, wife not happy with stove, wanted a switch out, and at the last minute. Wife was very frustrated with all the move. But thankfully for Trail appliance(west end) to come to the rescue, not only for a fridge , but a stove my wife wanted. Do not get we wrong it was not easy dealing with a cranky lady of the house. They understood and came to help us. As well with a very quick delivery. That is service at its best

Cody and Colby recently delivered and installed a side vent dryer. A side vent is almost impossible to find and even more difficult to install in a very tight space. Most people would just given up trying to make it fit. Cody and Colby were not to be defeated and found a way to get it to fit properly. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service.

The first time I used Jay Will Appliances, it was for a dishwasher repair. He said that he could fix the problem but it would probably be cheaper to replace the dishwasher itself. I truly appreciated his honesty. I recently called him again for a fridge repair. He put time and effort into researching and providing information for a possible fix. The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. absolutely fantastic service. Had a washing machine that would not do the rinse cycle, or drain.
Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour.
He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order.
Price was very fair and I truly appreciate the ability to come out so quickly.
Friendly, professional and quick.
