Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. There is absolutely something to be said for dealing with a local business. The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. The only place in the city to go to get your appliances!

My wife and I purchased a Groupon coupon for a spring cleaning from Green Sweep. All we can say is WOW! No offense to my wife but I've never seen our house so clean - sparkled from top to bottom. We also have floor dwelling pets and so the green products are important to us. Green Sweep is now our regular cleaning service and we couldn't be happier. George and Mary, Waterloo.
