I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. I highly recommend this company.
And my 13 year old dryer still works perfectly!

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

We live in Hope. We phoned many appliance repair shops they could not be bothered. When i phoned Priority he said his technician was injured,but would phone me in couple couple of days.He did so to my surprise.The tehnician that came out was very professional and courteous diagnosed the problem,needed a motherboard had to come back as the board had to be ordered. The fridge was repaired at a reasonable cost (thought i had to get a new fridge). Would recommend this company to anybody. First rate.

Excellent service. They have cleaned my house three times. The first time was after we had had our house painted and there was dust everywhere. We came home to a sparkling house. All the doors, walls, windows and surfaces were free from dust. We were so pleased with the cleaning we have had them come back. Highly recommend this company for your house cleaning.
